OFAC Compliance
Cuba Strategic Partners ("CSP") operates in full compliance with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (31 C.F.R. Part 515). Our entire model rests on a single principle: the domain names in this portfolio are generic intellectual property — held in anticipation of the lawful normalization of U.S.–Cuba commerce — not the conduct of business in or with Cuba.
Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or facilitation of any transaction prohibited under applicable U.S. law. We do not transact, broker, or facilitate any dealing in Cuban-origin property. Any future transfer, lease, or license of an asset will be executed solely when and to the extent permitted by then-applicable OFAC licenses, regulations, and sanctions guidance.
This framing — asset, not commerce — governs every page in the portfolio. As our activity grows toward real traffic, counterparties, or transactions, we will formalize this position with qualified U.S. sanctions counsel. This material is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or investment advice; OFAC guidance controls, and you should consult your own advisers.
